  I always come to this location to do my Amazon returns. They are always quick, it’s close to home, and beats fighting the Lafayette traffic. Today a new team member named Zoei helped me, and surprisingly engaged in conversation with me during my transaction. The simple question “How’s your day been so far?” visibly caught me off guard. I wasn’t used to the pleasantry and speed I received today. There was no one behind me initially, so we (the entire staff and I) had a little chuckle at my awkwardness. I’m glad she’s at my location and I look forward to receiving such amazing customer service again. Zoei you really made me smile today! Thank you for spreading a little bit of your joy. It is needed and missed in the industry by some of us.

  I needed a very valuable package professionally wrapped and shipped, and the team did an outstanding job. They took extra care to ensure everything was properly protected, securely packaged, and handled with attention throughout the process.   Every time I come in to make a return or ship something off, the staff is talking loudly with their own personal conversations, including the manager. That’s very unprofessional. They also are very lazy just sitting behind the computer expecting you to damn near put the package in their face. The store always looks a mess, overall other ups stores in the area are better managed. Thanks
