    Very friendly staff. I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a clean environment. The ingredients were incredibly fresh—the bread was soft, and the veggies were crisp. What really stood out was the service. the staff took the time to build my sandwich exactly how I like it without rushing, even though they were steady. It’s rare to find such consistent quality and great customer service at a fast-food spot. I’ll definitely be making this my go-to lunch location from now on. Highly recommended for a quick, fresh, and delicious meal.

    I am specifically referring to the location on Bonin Road for this negative review. Wow is the best I can say to sum up our experience. My husband and I walked in at 7:45 pm, knowing that the location closes at 9:00 pm. Therefore, we went in and were extra grateful for their service at such a late hour. The employee we experienced was incredibly and noticeably upset that we walked in as customers at 7:45 pm. My husband wanted to walkout without anything, but I convinced him to stay for our sandwiches. The employee’s attitude got progressively worse as she made my sandwich and then my husband’s. My husband felt the tension and said, “Look, I’m not sure what you’re going through, but I’m a business owner myself and you’re not composing yourself very well as an employee.” Long story short, I paid and left with my sandwich, but my husband told the employee to keep his sandwich and told her that hopefully it would improve her mood. This was such a very disappointing experience and we are regular customers. I can’t imagine what newcomers would take away from this experience, but since we know that it is usually a good experience when we order our food we will try at least one more time before officially deciding to never order from this location again.
