  I have never left a one star review in my life until today. I call in on Thursday and I ask “do y’all have a notary” they say yes so i say “great I’ll be there in a bit”. I show up. “Oh yeah she left two hours ago”. That’s awesome thank you for telling me now instead of 30 minutes ago, so I asked if there is going to be anyone there the next day they say “yes they will be until three”. The next day. I call no answer. I call five more times still no answer so I decide I’ll take my chances and go since they said they’d be there until three. I go. They’re not there again, what a great waste of my time. I called multiple times on Saturday and who could’ve guessed, again no answer. I call the other location in Shreveport and they answer on the first ring, and they said that the phone number at the airline location is very similar to the national UPS customer line, so they are notorious for not answering. HERES AN IDEA GET A NEW NUMBER. So yea 10/10 way to waste a few hours of my time.

  This is where I mail my Christmas presents From. They have my Name and Addresses in the Computer already. It gets very Busy during Christmas time. I need to have a document Laminated. They Laminated it for me there. They packed up my stuff for me in boxes and label them.

  I booked an appointment to get 100 business cards at 10:00 on the website even though the store doesn’t open until 10:30. I walk in and owner states there is a 500 card minimum and $50 to design it. I told him I did not need 500 then he started to wheel and deal and said 250 cards for $75. This is the ups store. I didn’t come there to wheel and deal and get lied to

  I a 72, not in great health. UPS Tahessia carried in my heavy package for me, patiently looked for exactly the right box, packed it carefully and explained to me what was being done every step of the way.
