  Amazon told me to bring my return in a box the size of a cell phone, so naturally I showed up with a box the size of a cell phone. The girl told me to take the item out of the box, so I did. Then I asked where I could throw away the tiny box. She said they didn’t have a trash can. I asked if they could toss it with their boxes since, you know… UPS 😂. She said no, their boxes were full. So I turned around to leave and, wouldn’t you know it, there was a perfectly good trash can sitting under the island in the lobby. Problem solved. Easy peasy. 😂 The return itself was quick and easy, but the customer service left a little to be desired. I completely understand having a bad day—we all have them—but this particular employee has had the same demeanor every time I’ve been in. She may even be the manager. A smile, a hello, or even just pretending I didn't personally ruin your entire day by returning an Amazon package would go a long way. 😂 Easy return: 10/10. Customer service: Could use a software update. 😂

  These people roll through their customers! I am not sure how they process so many people so quickly. They are efficient and friendly.

  I have never left a one star review in my life until today. I call in on Thursday and I ask “do y’all have a notary” they say yes so i say “great I’ll be there in a bit”. I show up. “Oh yeah she left two hours ago”. That’s awesome thank you for telling me now instead of 30 minutes ago, so I asked if there is going to be anyone there the next day they say “yes they will be until three”. The next day. I call no answer. I call five more times still no answer so I decide I’ll take my chances and go since they said they’d be there until three. I go. They’re not there again, what a great waste of my time. I called multiple times on Saturday and who could’ve guessed, again no answer. I call the other location in Shreveport and they answer on the first ring, and they said that the phone number at the airline location is very similar to the national UPS customer line, so they are notorious for not answering. HERES AN IDEA GET A NEW NUMBER. So yea 10/10 way to waste a few hours of my time.
