  You don’t take the person behind you (who just walked in) and take care of them, when I’m standing at the counter, ready to have my small package mailed (after waiting my turn), because his Amazon return will be quick. Nope 👎🏻 Not cool. And honestly, he should have said, “she was here before me.” I usually go to another UPS store so will skip this one in the future.

  Use this store! Do not use the location that is near the intersection of Seigen and Perkins in the Winn-Dixie shopping location! The Seigen/Perkins location treated my husband like he was trying to rob the place. He couldn’t find our roll of transparent tape we keep at the house so asked the Seigen/Perkins location to seal an 8.5 x 12 inch envelope and to place some tape over the return label. He was berated in front of customers for this transgression. Save the embarrassment and go a few miles down Perkins to where it hits Highland. I went to the Highland/Perkins location today and decided to do a test. I had my transparent tape in the car but asked the nice folks at the Highland/Perkins site to seal up a the end of a very thin box and place transparent tape over the return label. I had no issue with this request and it took from 30 to 45 seconds to drop off my package and get a return receipt assuring me my package will get back to Amazon. We will continue to use the transparent tape we have at our house to properly seal up our returns. But ii’s nice to know that the Highland/Perkins sight wants to grow their customer base by happily helping out customers who need a bit of tape to seal the deal!
