  If I needed attitude and eye-rolling, I would have just visited family. I just left this UPS Store Aug 15th at 12:10p, and the difference in customer service between the two employees was unbelievable. The gentleman working was super friendly, helpful, and professional. The female employee, on the other hand, acted like my presence was a personal inconvenience. The attitude, eye-rolling, and complete lack of basic customer service skills were unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional. To make matters worse, none of the employees were wearing name badges, so I can't even identify who I interacted with. Customer service really isn't complicated: be polite, be professional, and don't roll your eyes at customers for asking you to do your job. The gentleman clearly understands that. Unfortunately, his coworker could use some serious customer service training. I don't expect anyone to roll out a red carpet at the UPS Store, but I also don't expect to leave wondering what I did to personally offend the employee behind the counter.

  i love this store. i love ariel jakobe and sean. everytime i come in there they help me. not to be racist but sometimes when i come the white lady abby, pretends not to see me and takes 5 mins to even greet a customer or even help me ship out. for instance today she shouted out something to a coworker who was leaving work and exposed his business to me. this isn’t professional. but the other 3 are good it’s just her

  Customer service from employee Jakobe is unmatched. Got all of my packages shipped out quickly and answered all my questions. This location continues to be one of the best ups stores in the capital city.

  The service is okay, but I’ve found they close the store well before 6:30pm. Google says they close at 6:30pm and it’s on the door as well. They closed the store at 6:10 today. I’ve only been here twice, the first time I didn’t even make it in the store because they had closed already-it was 6:17-20ish.

  This is my favorite location and that hasn’t changed for over five years! I have visited other UPS locations in Baton Rouge, and when I do, I immediately regret it. The team at this location is excellent at service and customer accommodation.
