I ordered a Protein Bowl from this Subway location and noticed that the amount of chicken and ranch was significantly less than usual. When I politely asked about it, I was told that it was because I had used a coupon. As far as I understand, using a valid coupon should not reduce the portion size of the ingredients included in the menu item.
Even more disappointing was the way my concern was handled. My question was essentially ignored, and no effort was made to explain the situation or address my concern. I had even left a tip because the younger employee and middle aged man had always been friendly and respectful during my previous visits.
This time, however, an older lady who appeared to be the owner or manager came over with a very dismissive attitude. She did not seem interested in helping and gave the impression of "this is my shop, take it or leave it." It made for a very uncomfortable customer experience, and I honestly felt bad for the employees who may have to work under that environment.
This is not the first disappointing experience I've had at this location. Customer service, friendliness, and consistency matter. I hope @subway takes notice of repeated complaints like this and works with franchise owners to improve customer relations and ensure customers receive the portions they pay for, regardless of whether a coupon is used.
Unfortunately, after this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.

I placed a online order they made me waste my gas she never contacted me saying they were out of what i ordered. This is the 3rd time i placed a online order at night and they said they were out of Italian cheese and herb bread they always say we only have wheat and flatbread. This is one of the only subway that I know that always only have wheat and flatbread they are always out of Italian cheese and herb bread I am not understanding. And its always the same 2 indian workers in there
Literally one of the worst subways in BR! DO NOT order online because they will fix your sandwich any kind of way. When I told the lady that the sandwich was wrong, she refused to fix it until the guy working there told her to. Smh. Ridiculous! Go anywhere but here! And I paid for extra meat but got a regular portion. I can tell because there were 4 slices of bacon on my footlong, which is standard!! Never again!!

Yall let who ever made the sandwich for Phoebe at 7:26 am on feb 26th know that they have single handedly saved my month. Rockin sandwich, most appreciated.
