    The nastiest Subway I’ve ever visited. I watched the only employee working here “wash” her hands by simply running them under water and drying them with a towel—no soap. She handled the cash register and then repeated the same process multiple times before preparing food. Owner, please review the security footage if you would like to verify what I observed. To make matters worse, the fountain drink machine wasn’t working, so we purchased two bottled sodas instead. When I asked for a paper cup to use with my drink, I was told I would have to pay the full fountain drink price just for the cup, even though the fountain machine was out of service. Meanwhile, the customer ahead of me was able to receive a fountain drink despite the machine supposedly being unavailable. When I said I wasn’t willing to pay the price of a fountain drink for a paper cup, the employee yelled at me to put the cup back. This was after we had already purchased four sandwiches, a pizza, and two bottled sodas. I have never felt so insulted as a customer, nor have I ever visited such a poorly maintained Subway location. Between the hygiene concerns and the rude customer service, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Save your money and go elsewhere.

    They really need to get “Naynay” off the front line. Every time I come in, she has an attitude and is often on the phone. She cuts you off while you are trying to speak. No one is here often rarely even busy because it is ducked off. I pray that life gets lighter for her because whatever she seems to be carrying shows in every customer interaction. I hadn’t been back in a while because of this, and when I returned, it was the same experience. Very disappointing customer service.

    The old blk lady that works there is extremely rude. Customer service was horrible. I had to walk out due to the bad attitude and her rude behavior.

    I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent experience with the female “employee” on duty. Sheesh!! She does not like her job and from previous reviews, I have to say she is consistent. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident, as I (and my colleagues) have encountered similar service during at least three separate visits. During each visit, the employee on duty demonstrated a lack of basic customer service engagement. There was no greeting or acknowledgment upon arrival, and I was left waiting at the counter without any indication that I would be assisted. When my order was finally taken, the interaction was minimal and delivered in a monotone manner, with little effort to communicate clearly or efficiently. I was asked to repeat simple responses multiple times, which made the interaction unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. The overall experience felt unwelcoming and dismissive, as though customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. While I understand that everyone may have an occasional off day, the consistency of this behavior suggests a broader issue with customer service expectations at this location. Due to these repeated experiences, I will not be returning to this particular store despite its convenience. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed through additional training or management oversight to improve the customer experience.

    Some of the worst service I've ever experienced. I went to pick up an online order and it was not made because they were out of pepperoni. Instead of the worker offering a substitute or asking if there was something she could do, she said she would cancel it. I waited at the counter for her to cancel it so I knew I wouldn't be charged. She looked at me standing there and very rudely asked if I was waiting for something else. I informed her I was waiting for her to cancel it and she said "I'm not going to do it now, I'm busy," in the most disrespectful tone you can imagine. Keep in mind there was not a single other person in the building. I can't imagine it would've taken her more than 30 seconds of her "precious" time to cancel the order. I left because I didn't want to say something disrespectful unlike the treatment I received from the employee. The order was thankfully cancelled 10 minutes later. Will not be going back and I hope someone will teach their workers some manners.
