Ordered on line for pick up. Order was wrong we ordered 2 footlongs plus other items. Did not receive the footlongs only 6 inch and they were not toasted like requested. Plus the other items. “Manager” told me she toasted them herself and yet my sandwich was not toasted and cold. Told me no refund that subway does not give refunds. Informed me we had to come back in to get the other half of our sandwiches but that wasn’t possible. I asked what her name was and she hung up. We will not be going back to that subway or any subway for a while. Tired of rude employees and no one caring.

The female employee taking my dinner order today (4/15) was incredibly rude. She spoke curtly and kept interrupting me as I was giving my order. She didn't even ask if I wanted to make my sandwich a meal when I was checking out (which I did, but I was so irritated by then I decided I just wanted to leave instead).
The food was also subpar compared to when I usually get subway. My philly cheesesteak sandwich was cold when I bit into it.
I definitely won't be returning here and might not return to subway at all!

Ordered 2 sandwiches paid almost $30
I asked for extra everything. Instead I was given half of the normal serving for everything. Beyond pissed is an understatement.
The grilled chicken footlong had in TOTAL 12 pieces of meat! Like be for real. It was more bread than anything as if the bread isn’t thick enough already and even the bread was over cooked. I’ve never had burnt herbs and cheese and I’ve been eating at subway for over 10 years!
Service was trash, the food was trash, the entire atmosphere was horrible. If you do NOT like your job then find something else to do. I will NEVER be back to this location . My coworkers and I will take our business somewhere else from now on. Do better! But i know you probably won’t. Need an entire new team that actually ENJOYS making sandwiches our way.

This place has steadily declined over the past couple of years. The female employee working this afternoon (4/2/26) has very poor customer service and could care less about doing her Job. The young man who fixed my order this day is awesome. I pray her Stank doesn’t rub off on him. I’ve spent a lot of money here, but I won’t be back. I’ll go up the street where they know how to treat and accommodate the customer and aren’t always out of stock of supplies 🤦🏽♀️

Will not be returning to another subway again. I walked in because I had to use the restroom before I bought something. The lady, using a condescending voice, told me that I had to buy something before I used the restroom. I’m not mad at the lady because she did say that it was a store policy. I’m upset at subway. As a business owner myself, I pride myself on customer service and every time I go to a subway, they are always lacking in that department. Plus their app always sends my order to another location. Food is okay tho
