  I think it's imperative that all employees know and understand the products they are selling. A mini artisan or multigrain loaf is not a "kids meal" option. It's a lower calorie option for the breads. I should have to be the one to try and bring this to an employees attention. I really wanted my typical mini hearty multigrain sandwich but had to settle for a wrap instead. Not a happy pregnant lady rn!!

  Owner who often makes sandwiches is unbelievably rude, grouchy with poor customer service and doesn't change his gloves after returning from the office. We'll find another location and spend my money where I'm disrespected
