  This place was horrible! Not only did all of the people not have a hairnet on, one had weave so long it was touching all the vegetables all across the counter and everything ; when I asked for a salad. This girl literally tried to give me seven spinach leaves, two olives, four slices of pickles, like a couple of cucumbers and tomatoes as I asked for a tuna salad. I asked about three times could I have more because the bowl was so shallow, it barely was being filled! Then, when I asked, “Why are you giving me no vegetables at all and is it some kind of portion control on my salad?” They literally said, “Yes” 🤣😭☠️💀 Man…..there was little to nothing in the bowl!!!! I’ve never ever, Ever went to a subway and seen not one person on the line have a hairnet especially if they have long hair/weaves or hair dangling over the ingredients! All of the women were breathing all over your food, as well as the food standing on the line getting cold! To top it off they put every single ingredient back as if though it fell on the floor. And some of it was wilted and all!!! I kindly said no thank you and told them I did not want that salad that would’ve cost me over $12-$15!!!! No way!!! I’m a show you what a real salad is like whether you want to share it with someone, come back later to it, or eat the whole thing yourself! It’s really the quality of the salad, and it was after 8 p.m. so all the vegetables were out all day and should’ve been eaten in my salad bowl! 🥣 But I wasn’t going to pay for something I didn’t want or get served well. All the Rouses have better quality salads and customer service! Plus I got a Feta Spinach Starwberry 🍓 Candied salad for only $5.99!!! With no hair or people breathing all over my salad! 🥗 I’m never coming back! P.S. “They sandwiches look skimpy than a Mudd!!!

  I think it's imperative that all employees know and understand the products they are selling. A mini artisan or multigrain loaf is not a "kids meal" option. It's a lower calorie option for the breads. I should have to be the one to try and bring this to an employees attention. I really wanted my typical mini hearty multigrain sandwich but had to settle for a wrap instead. Not a happy pregnant lady rn!!

  I went and ordered the new Nachos and got home and took them out of the box and basically there was hardly any chips, a couple specs of steak. It looks NOTHING like the picture at the store. The manager said they don't give refunds when I tried to return them. DO NOT BUY THEM!!

  As soon as I pulled up to the store the young lady inside was sweeping & shaking her head , basically telling me that they were not taking any more orders. Before I even got out of the car. I got out of the car to check the store hours & when I pulled on the door it was locked. I thought this was so rude. I’m not a begger, I pay for any & all services. They don’t close until 9pm, you should be taking orders until 8:55p not 8:30p. The owner is definitely missing out on money at this location. There’s no telling how many times she’s turned customer around.
