  I was actually headed to a different location and realized that there was a FedEx office that was nearer to me than where I was headed. Lawanda and Bria assisted me at this location. These two ladies are an absolute gem. 💎💠 I had a struggle to get my items in the package to be returned. Both of these ladies worked to get everything taken care of so I could get my package shipped. This location was very busy with a lot of customers needing items packed. Bria is a student at SU. She needed to get to her night class, but she told me I will not leave until I get you taken care of. She honored her commitment. I left out of there a very happy customer and will be returning to this particular location for all of my shipping needs. These two ladies made my stressful day less stressful. In this day of poor customer service they were a totally different model. A breath of fresh air. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  This is the second fedex driver for Siegan Lane I am having an issue with. His name is R Johnson, and he threw my package on the ground damaging the product inside of it. when confronting the driver he said he didn’t care and I could “try to call”. This is the second package from siegan lane fedex that they have been rough with and have broken products over 1000$ in value. Obviously they have poor employees at this location and will not take accountability for their actions.
