All I wanted to do is take a little rule card that I made on my phone, size it, and print in quantity for distribution at my workplace. The other places I tried before - FedEx Office on Siegen@I10 and the UPS Store on Highland@Lee - got me at the front desk, I told them what I was trying to do, they told me to email them the card on my phone, then pretty much disappeared into the back or went outside for 15-20mins without another word, until I just got tired of waiting and left. And this was without any other customers waiting except me.
However, this particular store #1976 I have been to repeatedly for the same thing, and they actually help! Their computers however have issues that somehow make sizing my tiny document an absolute nightmare for getting more than a few on a page. Usually takes 30-45mins to get it right, but that's not their fault, I see them doing their absolute best to fight the stubborn software.
Rebecca is the manager and she has wonderful customer service. She's friendly and has put her time in to get these little bastards printed out for me. Kayla one time stayed 15+mins after the store closed to try and get the computers to work right when I'd made changes and needed new printouts. Outstanding customer service that I did not expect or ask for (I was ready to leave when they closed, but Kayla kept working).
Damn the computers for making what should be a fairly simple task an aggravation for these nice, dedicated ladies! But the fight lives on, as I have made one, final change to my document and need it done again. God help us all, but this store managed by Rebecca deserves top marks for the importance they place on us, their customers.
