Never answer their phone. Employees could be outrun by molasses. And as friendly as their cardboard boxes they sell. I could go on, but just go somewhere else. The Airline location is 1000% better.

Kayla deserves a raise. So kind. So helpful. Was working by herself on 7/23 and was even patient with rude customers. Seriously-give Kayla a raise FedEx.

I used this location to return some equipment to AT&T today, and the process was super fast and easy. Trent was the employee who helped me, and he was courteous and efficient. No waiting, and the entire transaction took less than 5 minutes.
