  Shayla/Jannie is absolutely wonderful and to say she deserves a raise is an understatement! After being treated horribly by the Mgr of the Zachary location I called the delmont store and Shayla went above and beyond to help me. I had decided to switch carriers because of how rude and dismissive the Zachary Mgr was but because of Shayla I will give cricket another chance. I've had a multi line cricket plan for over 10 years and the way "Ashley "(not her real name because she lied to me) treated me was terribly rude and flat out refused to help me when I was assured by other cricket reps that I could go into any store and someone would gladly help me. I hope you know what a huge asset you have in Shayla/Jannie. She was kind, helpful and treated me and every other customer in her store yesterday with such respect and gratitude. Not only that, she treated her employees with the same kindness and respect. Also....she is an absolute wizard when it comes to tech. You are truly blessed to have Shayla/Jannie represent your company. I will forever go out of my way to support and help her.....just the way she did for me. THANK YOU SHAYLA!!!!

  I had a great experience here. It was inctedibly easy to get a new phone. Byron was exceptional and explained everything thoroughly while being swift ti accommodate me. Thank you guys. William
