  This store charge added a 25.00 fee to me that I wasn’t told was going to be charged to me for buying a phone from the store. I looked at my receipt and they added a protection plan to my account without asking me if I wanted it just added it. Shady and illegal business practices I will also be making a claim with the BBB.

  I am back with AT&T. Crickets customer service is the worst ever. I went in to switch to their service with 2 perfectly good phones. Neither worked after bedng there for 4 hours and they wouldn't give me my money back
