Stopped in on a family road trip. Asked if the 4" kids sandwich was an option still and the lady said yes. I said I would like that. She proceeded to cut under 2" of bread. When I asked if we can get the full 4" , she got very upset and said this is what I cut off the loaf so this is the kids sandwich. Her demeanor was very abrupt and rude. I said OK, but the more I thought about it, 2" was going to leave my daughter hungry still so I changed it to a 6" and she tried to just give me another what should have been the 4" piece. She felt the need to try and explain that I asked for the kids meal so I should take the 2" piece. I said no I now want a full 6" sub. She went in the back while the other girl with long hair helped make the sub. She, The girl with longer hair was very nice and had great customer service. The lady with the shorter hair should not be dealing with customers with a bad attitude. They also said they were trained to cut it to this size, so is it supposed to be 4" or under 2"? A response is appreciated from a manager other than these two that were working.
