If I could give the zero stars, I would. Even though they had just gotten a truck the same day I went. They were out of a lot of items. I had ordered online some boneless chicken, wings, and a chicken strip meal. When I got the notification that my order was ready, I went inside to pick it up. They told me that they were working on it and it wasn’t ready yet. I said OK no problem and waited. As time went by I kept checking on it and they kept telling me the order was not ready and they were working on it. Close to an hour goes by of waiting, and a girl comes out from the kitchen and says since they were out of chicken strips, she canceled the entire order. They told me they did not have a receipt for me, but since they canceled the order, I would get a refund. I waited a week and still have not gotten a refund on it. A couple of hours later I left a review for the company to contact me and I still have not heard from them. All of this happened on June 2nd. I reached out to customer service again today to see if I can get on the phone with somebody since there are no phone numbers online for customer service for this company.

Food is always on point here. Cant get enough of it. Prices are expected. Reasonable. Good quality food. The service is to be ashamed of though. Lots of disrespectful employees. More standing around than working. Disorganized. Not clean. Theres no garbage for custo.ers to throw away trash so it just gets left where ever. The self serve drink area is almost always a mess. Lids all over, straw wrappers left on the counter because theres no garbage. The restrooms are almost always filthy if they even have them open. Theres a baby seat blocking them most of the time. Lots of shady stuff going on outside there and alot of homeless hang out inside and out of the establishment

I just had the most frustrating experience at the Wingstop on Mall Drive. We got there around 7:20 PM and I spent about 20 minutes trying to pay with cash, but they told me they couldn’t take it. I finally just ordered online at 7:42 PM on May 7th. They told me the food would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes, so we went to the dollar store for about 35 minutes to give them extra time and make sure everything was done. When we got back, they told me my order wasn’t there and even tried to say my digital receipt was fake. We sat there going back and forth for an hour and a half before they finally checked their own system. Once they printed their own receipt, my name was right there. Apparently, they gave my food away to someone else or it just went missing. They finally remade the food and gave me a free drink, but by the time everything was said and done, I didn’t even get to sit down and eat until 9:33 PM. To make it worse, I got home and realized my large fry was missing. I went back up there and they actually accused me of photoshopping my receipt just to get free food. Once they reprinted the receipt again and saw I actually did pay for a fry, they rushed a box out to me and pushed me out the door. When I got home, it wasn’t even the large fry I paid for, it was a small. At that point, I was too tired to even go back. The only reason I waited two days to post this was because of the cashier, Clayton Ferguson. He was a total lifesaver. He was the one who offered the drink and kept trying to help me find the receipt in the system when the manager or the other lady working wouldn’t. That lady was the main one telling me I didn't buy the fry when it was clearly on the receipt. For a $20 meal, you expect way better service than being called a liar. Wingstop really needs to get it together, but shout out to Clayton for being the only person there actually trying to help.
