  Came in this morning to get two things notarized. Walked in, was not greeted, stood at the counter for a minute or so and Zach asked if he could help us. My wife explained what she had sent there to be printed and he had a little Trouble finding it. He really acted like he didn’t want to be bothered, but the icing on the cake is when he said our minor daughters had to sign the consent form before he could notarize it. Like hello, they are under 18 and the whole reason we are there is the “consent” form. He didn’t take our word for it and continued to read until I had to firmly tell him all he is notarizing is OUR signatures the parents. He finally signed off and my wife had to remind him that he needed to stamp it. Totally unprofessional. We’ve never received great service here but nothing like this. Stop arguing with the customer and perform the service. Two notary stamps and 30 Bucks later we were on our way…..I really wish someone would open a ups store in Mount sterling so we would never have to do business here again.

  Staff isn't clear about upfront fees on returns. Had I known they'd charge me $2 to print a label for my return I would have taken the return home to print the label. A lot of the staff here lacks on the customer service side. I walk in & see certain staff & immediately want to run the other way. They just have such a "I hate my job attitude & I am only here for the paycheck." CRS can either make your company or break it. Lexington UPS aren't too far away for me to take my business too.

  Been visiting this location, out of necessity, for about four years and nothing has improved. They don’t make eye contact, they give you the third degree, they ask questions that can be answered by looking at the package and tell you to press next when pressing next actually rounds up your fee for some charity. I hate this place and I don’t care who knows it.

  I have the opportunity to visit the UPS store in Winchester, KY from time to time. The employees are always friendly and professional and get me taken care of very quickly.
