  Great staff! One of the only shops that fills the sandwich with meat, fresh vegetables and cheese. Delicious! Some shops serve very thin subs. Will definitely visit again.

  Always go inside. Do not rely on the drive thru. My order was taken incorrectly (missing cheese, wrong dressings, no added spices) and then made incorrectly, not even matching the ticket. The sandwich was also poorly assembled: meat folded over, barely cut, not properly toasted, and the vegetables were mostly onions. I took one bite before realizing how wrong it was. The regional manager repeatedly called me “baby” and said that “technically” only six inches could be replaced, even though the mistake was theirs. To their credit, another employee remade the sandwich in front of me and did it perfectly. The meats were unfolded, everything was layered evenly, and the sandwich looked and tasted exactly as it should. Overall, the experience was frustrating: multiple errors, poor assembly, an unhelpful response, and an extra hour added to the visit.

  sent a work friend over for my lunch (a philly) but when she got back and i opened it there was no onions or peppers on it. so i called and politely asked if i could get it fixed and she said my friend said that i didn’t want the peppers nor onions (which she told me she did not say that) so after i called i went out of my way to drive to the subway and ask if i could just get a side of the stuff to put on it then told i wasn’t allowed to have the side of onions and peppers. so basically i was screwed out of half my sandwhich which i made 9 dollars for. thanks

  Terrible service the girls were very rude I was having trouble with the app and they would not make my order when I had proof I ordered it and it took it out of my account already… overall very terrible service I will absolutely not go back again!

  We go there daily and they are the best! Always friendly and sweet! The store is always clean and in tip top condition! Extra shout out to Gladys and Haleigh came in on Sunday and they were smiling and ready to accommodate whatever I needed! Also they were deep cleaning and the store was extra clean! Gladys is always so friendly and sweet! Thanks Haleigh and Gladys we will be back🩷
