  I DoorDashed a sandwich today. I requested it toasted with no onions, add pickles, cucumbers, banana peppers, black olives, mustard and red wine vinegar. I got my sandwich with turkey, cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion! Completely ruined my dinner and wasted my $. 🙄

  Always go inside—that goes for most Subways, but definitely this one. They don’t commonly change out their gloves between sandwiches so god forbid you have an allergy. Not organized in their storing with other items in the same buckets of meat and veggie items. I came but I don’t think I’ll be back.

  Server was very rude , went in to get a protein pocket as I do 3/4 times a week all over. Ordered the wrap asked the server to toast the wrap which was my mistake as I meant heated as I always do to warm the chicken, melt the cheese and soften the wrap the second server grabs the wrap and said we don’t toast wraps I said I’m sorry I meant heat it she said we don’t heat wraps I said I get them heated everywhere she said we don’t heat wraps I said seriously she said I don’t have time for this slide the wrap back towards the other server and said I’m not waiting on you you can leave looking stunned like the other server I said no problem instead of making a scene I left telling her I would be writing a negative review. Also there was only my son and I standing in line and 2 people setting eating. Horrible customer service in my opinion.

  You cannot advertise a buy one get one half price and then not allow your customers to take advantage of it. I was at the Subway in Winchester, Ky on August 24 approximately 5pm. I was refused this deal although there was a huge sign on the sneeze guard advertising it. The guy making sandwiches was dismissive and rude about the whole thing. NEVER, EVER WILL I RETURN!!
