The regional manager Tresa Cox-Gray charged me a cup that I bought that morning at 11:30 am.when I went to fill it up at 4:45 pm and said it was stealing when that was the first time in my life that I heard that a refill on a cup you already purchased is once again charged full price for the same cup. I am extremely disappointed in the service I got today and will tell others about my experience of today and what I was told if this is the service and experience that is passed down to the employees I am hoping they get better leadership than what I witnessed today.

Check. Double check. Triple check your order if you order online. Ordered footlong and got 6". Clearly states on receipt 12" but only got half.
