  I ordered a 10 piece combo meal of hot honey wings with two of the small sauce cups on the side with extra hot honey sauce in them. I picked up my food without checking before leaving the store. When I got to my destination, I found that my wings were virtually plain. With almost ZERO sauce/seasoning on them. When I checked the extra sauce cups I asked for (which I had to pay an extra 3.50 for) they were both less than a 1/4 of the way full. When I called the store to file a complaint, they hung up on me 5 times before even taking my phone call. This order occurred at 11am on a Monday morning. Will NOT be returning to this store.

  Everytime I order from this place the food is always so good and always correct. Great service as well.

  The service was great! Briana was very nice up front when getting our drinks as we waited for our 40 piece to get done. The manager, Nikki was rude the entire time and talking very unprofessional towards the other staff. I felt so bad for those kids! We tipped Briana, for her kind service and when we got home we only had 30 wings. Called back and Nikki answered very rudely and said she could only refund half of our order! I will not be returning, and I hope she finds another job or those kids do!

  I placed an online order a week ago and it took over an hour to get my food. When we finally got our food we went home and only had 20 of our 40 wings. The flavors were not right and the fries were unseasoned. I called right away and Brianna answered and said she would do a full refund and leave a note for the manager. I still didn’t have my refund by Wednesday so I called again and Brianna answered again she said the manager has been busy but she would remind her again. Today I called again and the manger said she would only refund half of our order. And that this is her first time hearing about this. She didn’t care about anything I had to say and was very rude. I still haven’t received my refund, I will not be returning to the Union wingstop after this.
