  My family and I went in tonight and the food was excellent. The service was amazing!! Mina and Aiden are great with their customers. They treated us so well and they are awesome at their jobs! This was by far the best experience we have had. I hope Subway knows they have two great employees on their hands.

  The food is fresh and delicious. The employees are so sweet, kind, and welcoming as well. I enjoy sitting in the lobby because it is clean and I love the atmosphere and music. Highly recommend the Springfield subway vs the surrounding stores.

  The bread was crusty, hard and stale like it was made a couple days ago. Very disappointing.

  Every time I come into this subway everyone is so nice and makes my orders to my liking. Awesome customer service from everyone especially Mr. G, Madison, and Courtney 😊
