They gave me a meatball sub that was cold then told me that they just put the meatballs out and they hadn’t had time to warm up and that if I wanted it warm I should have asked for it to be toasted. If you are serving warm food to people you should sell it warm.

There were no customers ( all went to McDonald’s ). I ordered a wrap and asked for banana peppers which was told I was only allowed 3 toppings which were lettuce tomatoes and pickles . I told her I’d pay for the banana peppers ( extra from my order) and was told no. I could not add more than what comes on it ! So I proceeded to get my sandwich with banana peppers ( instead of pickles ) paid for it went over to McDonald’s and asked them if I could get a cup of pickles and the lady said absolutely and never even charged me for them.like those 3-4 pickles were going to run them dry. !

I ordered my sandwich "complicated" and the young lady was happy to help with all my requests.
I never had to say "can you put a little more". Best subway I've been to in awhile, they was open at midnight!!!!
