  Not hating on the store or business itself. The people are very kind and friendly and helpful in there. Just the volume of business they do is phenomenal. The parking is so tight and confined on that little business strip parking lot. They definitely need a bigger place and parking area!

  I arrived one minute before closing to drop off an important package. I understand it was close to closing time, and I take responsibility for not getting there earlier. However, instead of acknowledging me, this girl shut the door, locked it, and walked away while I was standing there. That level of customer service was very disappointing. (By the way, I have no issues with the other ladies or any of the guys) I’ve interacted with this employee before and have never found her to be particularly friendly, but this experience was unacceptable. A little courtesy and professionalism go a long way, even at the end of the day. I hope management provides additional customer service training so future customers are treated with more respect!!
