  Food was good. Service was ok. Woman behind the counter had her earpiece in and was yapping in Farsi or some other middle-eastern language the entire time we were there. She didn't miss a beat though.

  I visited this location on January 17th during evening hours. That was my worst experience by far. First, the music was so loud that staff (female) didn't know that I entered because they couldn't hear the door. So, I had to get their attention and then she was not apologetic. In fact, she seemed irritated that I had bothered her. I got 2 subs with 1 being free because it was my 4th sub! However, when she rang up my order she said it wasn't giving it to me so there was nothing she could do 🤷 I showed her my app where it showed my free one and still she said oh well! I couldn't believe the service I was receiving.. So, I suggested that she probably has to ring them up separately. She didn't want to do it but I could see she wanted rid of me so she tried it and guess what?? It worked! 🫣 Horrible customer service!

  this review goes out to kyle marshall wethington jr and, all his hard work that goes into this fine establishment. he is a S-tier gentleman that is the king sandwich artist, next time you visit this store and kyle is working - you know you’re in for a good sandwich.
