  It states they open at 8am both online and on the door. Here I am at 815 with nobody here. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

  I bought 2 subs and the Indian guy, maybe the owner told me: "are you making me work for 2 subs?, no chips or soda". So rude and negative hope this person has already regret their manners

  The 2 lady's put extra cheese and meat on my sub. The problem being, I asked for double meat and cheese. After she wrapped the sandwich up, she told the cashier, it was "double double meat and cheese" so I paid $23 for a sandwich. First time last time. Also they was discussing someone's kid being to light skinned and now that person is having a darked skinned kid. And laughing about it. Then they waited on me.

  Not a great first experience at this location. The employee did not welcome us when walking in and had no personality. It get like we were an inconvenience to whatever else she had to do. Had an attitude if I didn't answer fast enough and only seemed to know how to say, "that it". On a positive note I tried the spicy Italian with new cheesy garlic bread and it was great. Location was clean and food pretty good is why it gets a bump up to 3 stars. Hopefully the other shifts are better at treating customers like they are not an inconvenience.
