  My phone from T-Mobile was supposed to be shipped here for me to pick up, since it is a sign on delivery and my work schedule conflicted at home drop off. I got a notification that the phone was at the store and ready for pick up. I go there, and no one can find it. They say it isn't there. I call UPS and they say the phone was signed for a picked up by customer. Which was not me. They handed out a $1,400 phone to someone that did NOT have my ID or my signature. Until I get my phone in my hand, I want everyone to know and beware to not use this facility.
