  Worst customer service. Reps have bad attitudes and had to ask them to turn music down to hear her. Customer service online is also horrible. On hold for 40 minutes trying to get through. Try Puretalk.

  They toss a lot of extra charges on you when you sign up and or change plans. ..$10 bucks for a different sim card, $25 charge just for signing up or buying a new phone FROM THEM! So the price they advertise a phone to be it's actually $25 higher than advertised.
