The Costumer Service At This Subway Is Embarrassingly Terrible. I've Heard Many Of My Co Workers At My Job In Sebree Complaining About The Unprofessional Rude Teenaged Staff And Long Wait Times For Years Now. Sadly I Learned For Myself Exactly What They Have Been Saying. I Have Never Experienced Such Poor And Rude Costumer Service Before. I Placed A Mobile Order For 1 Footlong Sandwich Right Before Noon. The Mobile App Said My Order Would Be Ready By 12:15. Me Already Knowing Wait Times At This Subway Takes Awhile, I Didn't Leave My Place Of Work Until 12:30. It's A 4 Minute Drive To Subway. Upon Arriving At The Order Board All I Get Is Crickets. I Continue To Wait When A Subway Worker, I Think Was Leaving, Approached My Car Asking If I Had A Mobile Order. She Then Tells Me That None Of Them Had Their Headsets On Because They All Needed Charged 😳😳 And Was Unaware I Was There But I Could Just Go Ahead And Pull Up To The Window. At The Window I Sit There And Sit There Waiting. I Can See The Two Girls Working Look At Me Several Times And Walk By The Window Several Times. No One Never Did Come So I Drove Around And Walked In. I Waited My Turn In Line And Tell The Workers I Have A Mobile Order. It's Close To 1 At This Point And They Tell Me My Order Isn't Ready Yet (Maybe I'm The Crazy One For Thinking It Wouldn't Take Close To One Hour To Prepare 1 Sandwich). My Lunch Break Is Only 30 Minutes And Their Was 3 People Ahead Of Me Waiting For Their Food, So I Told Them I Would Just Like My Money Refunded And Explained To Them The Time I Placed My Order, About Having To Sit And Wait At The Order Board And Then Again At The Window. You Could Clearly See They Felt Some Kind Of Way About This Request. I Then Asked To Speak With The Manager. While Continuing To Wait Both Girls Are Periodically Giving Me Rude Looks. Eventually One Of Them Comes Back To The Register Area And Tells Me They Can Contact The Manager On The Phone But My Money Would Be Returned To My Card In 24 Hours. I Tell Her The Money Being Returned Would Be Okay But Could They Give Me A Receipt For My Order. They Both Look At Each Other, Saying Rudely They Have No Idea How To Do That. The One Girl I Had Been Talking With Then Throws Her Hands In The Air Saying She Just Wants To Go Home. Eventually I Did Receive A Receipt And Arrived Back At Work About 10 Minutes After 1, Late And Anxiety At It's Peak. I Fully Understand What It's Like Working Short Handed, Overstimulated And Under Pressure But The Rude Unprofessional Attitude Isn't Needed. Seeing As Though This Issue Keeps Happening, Obviously This Subway Is Being Allowed To Operate With Only Rude And Inexperienced Teenagers.
I hate to leave a negative review, but this location seriously needs attention. When we walked into the Subway in Sebree, KY, the entire place smelled like something had been burnt for hours. It was overwhelming and made the environment very unpleasant.
The glass over the food line was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Several vegetables were completely out, which is pretty unacceptable for a sandwich shop where fresh toppings are the whole point.
The store appeared to be run entirely by teenagers with no manager on site. They seemed overwhelmed and there was clearly no leadership or oversight happening.
Overall, the cleanliness, food availability, and management were far below what anyone should expect. This location needs serious improvement and proper supervision. Do better.

Was there Tues. The workers were nice enough. The sandwiches were both very good . True enough The wallpaper is peeling . On the hole we were happy.

It's getting a little better. Still not as quick as it could be
