  Great service from a guy named Chris who was working the counter he walked me through the isle to find the correct spark plugs i needed for my dirt bike and even gave me advice in the easiest way to install them.

  Worse advance I’ve been in to. Always have to wait. Even when no one is in the parking lot or store. I called 3 times and got no answer is why I went in to see if what I ordered had came in. Because I never got a call. Price in Columbia was $3.15 but in Russell Springs it’s $7.95. Wouldn’t change the price. So I’ll go to Columbia and get them. And do my business with Oreillys from now on. This is terrible for a small town with very little customers everytime I go there. That may be the reason. FYI I have never called any other parts store and had to wait so many times then go there 5 minutes from my house and nobody is there but still have to wait. In a small town service is all you have to do to get a repeat customer. Sad it really is!!!
