  I am leaving only 1 star because 0 stars was not available. I was changing the oil in my wife's car when I broke the oil filter wrench while trying to remove the oil filter. I ordered 1 online and waited for the pulled email. Shortly after that email, I received 1 stating that I had been picked up, but it wasn't me. When I got there, I found out they had given my order to another customer without confirming the name and order number. They DIDN'T have another in stock. Worse, they refunded my money to a gift card, NOT my credit card. I had to count coins to go to O'Reilly's across the street to get the part. I still haven't heard from anyone as to why it opened. Be careful!!!!

  Today at 5pm I got rude customer service from a advance auto store employee with out his short uniform on and was vaping near me and the other advance employe was sitting down while I was their and then the employee who was sitting went outside and was holding the door half open and was smoking a cigarette and blowing smoke at my face as I was leaving unprofessional store period

  Had to replace battery. Customer service was great and installation took about 5 minutes and I was on my way.
