  We were visiting Radcliff, Kentucky, from out of town and decided to go with a tried-and-true favorite. What a pleasant surprise! The restaurant was bright, spotless, and welcoming. Anna took wonderful care of us and was an absolute gem. Her service was attentive, incredibly friendly, and so exceptional that I asked whether she was the owner. When she said she was an employee, I told her I hoped the franchise owner recognized what a diamond they have on their team. The food was delicious and clearly prepared with care. It was refreshing to meet someone who takes such pride in her work and represents the restaurant and its brand so well. Anna made our visit truly memorable. Bravo!

  Wes, the manager, is the best. The Radcliff Subway Restaurant building, the restrooms, & the parking lot are always very clean & orderly. The staff is always polite and helpful. The sandwiches are delicious with a great assortment of breads, chips, cookies, and drinks. If you're looking for a great sandwich, look no further than the Radcliff Subway Restaurant.

  Always make my food in a timely manner and its always delicious. Never have had any complaints at this store. Super friendly and does a great job!

  Pulled up to drive through window to be ignored and employee walked away took customers order who was in drive through behind me and still did not acknowledge i was sitting there for a order I had already paid for. When opening window was rude and said very rudely how can I help you. Now normally I go to the one off joe prather. But I mistakenly plaved order at this location and please believe it will be last time. Which is ashame because I try to support my local businesses but customer service is no longer that and its ashame. Visited 5/25 7:20pm. Went to leave review on website but miraculously thr ai chat timed out or glitched and erased everything I typed forst time so this is the short and quick response.
