  The team at this store is always extremely kind and always willing to help with a smile. I arrived with a large and very special package and the team worked together to ensure my package would arrive at its location safely and securely. They worked really well together and were even training someone in the process. Management was around to ensure all customers were taken care of in a timely manner and that the newer employee felt confident with the tasks being performed, he was even taking notes! Impressive! I don’t live near this location but I enjoy visiting because of the staff.

  The customer service in this location is terrible! This has been my 3rd bad experience in this store. If you go to the UPS store to return an Amazon product and they tell you that the items need to be separated into two separate boxes (didn’t offer a box even though they are in the box business) and tell me have to cut the label that I printed for the return with scissors and tape it on the box and bring it back once this is completed. I don’t think so. The Holiday Manor location was wonderful and helpful. I told them about the bad experience I had in the Prospect location and they said they get a lot of their customers due to the same reason.
