  Tried to over charge for my sub. I got 6in hubby got 12, make it a combo. Tried to change $41, told husband absolutely not,no chips ,no drink. Employee backpedaled fixed the price and never gave me my cookies. Tried to change me for a "extra" foot long.

  This Subway is not sanitary, regardless of the Bell County's Health Department rating from a follow-up inspection in January, 2026. The bathroom is particularly dirty from a lack of deep cleaning over a LONG period of time as well as insufficient daily cleaning. A sign posted in prep area indicated the staff are expected to prepare food as well as clean the dining room, prep area, and restroom. The lone staff member was pleasant and efficient in preparing food. Had I gone into the restroom to wash my hands BEFORE I ordered and paid for the food I ordered, I would not have purchased food there. The bathroom was too unsanitary - thankfully, I had hand sanitizer with me. It appears the owner is not spending the money necessary to have adequate staff on duty, nor personally making the effort himself, to keep the restaurant clean and sanitary. The Pineville Health Department needs to visit this place weekly until the owner cleans this place up, remodels the interior, or shuts down his operation.

  It's been awhile since I been this location. The service was ok but they didn't have much meat, my bread didn't taste toasted enough and the roast beef was luke warm. I like this location but hope the service gets a little better😟😞
