I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. After getting an ICEE that was only filled about halfway, the employee became unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. As I was leaving, they repeatedly said, “Bye bye, sweetie” in a sarcastic and mocking tone. It felt disrespectful and completely inappropriate for a customer service interaction.
I understand employees have policies to follow, but there is a respectful way to speak to customers. The attitude and lack of professionalism left a negative impression, and I hope management addresses this behavior so other customers are treated with more courtesy.
