Ordered a curbside order. Sat out front at the door for 24 minutes while 3 employees kept looking at me. Finally I had to go inside myself and ask. It wasn't even sitting on the mobile/pickup table. It was sitting behind the counter/register. Which to me seems that my sub had been sitting there for over 20 minutes and not fresh or hot. The employee told me there was no vehicle description so she couldn't go outside. But there is not an option on the app to enter a vehicle. I'd appreciate if the owner reached out to me.

When customers come in they should be recognized for being there even if you're doing online orders , making people stand there for 5-10 minutes to place an order is not customer service it's rude , Period.
