  I've been with Cricket for about 3 years and so far it's been a flawless experience. But being on a fixed income I might have to consider switching to a less expensive plan.

  Was having problems with my phone went and had my number changed wich they charge for. Now my wifi calling doesn't work and I took my phone back down there then they want to charge for another Sim card. They are the ones who messed up my phone when I had my number changed. I don't feel like I should be the one to have to pay for a sim card.

  There is a person name Brenda in the store. She is very rude and will get into everyone's business jump in saying something very rude. She don't care about customers feelings. Then when you try sticking up for yourself she will call the police on you and act like she didn't. But she plan out said she was going too then 10 minutes later they walk in.
