  Food is decent but the service is absolutely atrocious, i sat in the drive thru for 10 min before anyone even said anything, (this has happened on many occasions) then when they finally took my order they asked if i wanted it toasted three different times to which i responded yes, after waiting at the window for well over 10 minutes i finally payed and got my sandwich which was not toasted… im not one to care about things like this but cmon you asked three times and didn’t even toast it! the whole environment is not very friendly and it seems i am inconveniencing the workers by asking them to do their job!! Do better!!!

  I manage this restaurant. I am sorry I do not have access to respond to people here in the normal fashion. @Arialla Knight I remember that sign it was taken down by me when I started this location 2YEARS ago! Anywhere you go utilizes F.I.F.O. method. They also have their builds ie. The amount that is put on a product. Don't like it want more? Say so. @Richmond Postals during severe storm warnings for the safety of employees it is policy for the doors to be locked until the all clear is given. Yes after I saw your review I made sure my store was not being closed early without cause.
