  I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order. I waited and waited for 10 minutes! Then I pulled around to the window hoping to get someone's attention. I honked my horn several times. Nothing. I drove around and tried everything again. Nothing. I tried to call 4 times. No one answered. But this location is known for not answering the phone. There were no signs on the doors. I finally went over to the one on New Hartford Rd. They were open and very, very friendly and helpful. I have had a little trouble with the Hwy 54 before, but I let it slide because it's close to my house. I will NEVER, NEVER again go to the Hwy 54 Subway. I will be going to the New Hartford Rd store from now on. I have it a one only because you have to give something. I would liked to have given a NEGATIVE number.

  I walk in and specifically ask for the meal of the day. I get through the line, my partner has already paid. I asked for 2 cookies which come with the meal because the chip stand was virtually empty. I was then rung up for an additional $2 because "they didn't know I wanted the meal of the day." So not only was I charged extra for cookies but also didn't get a drink. Although half the drinks were out of order.

  My to go orders can be somewhat difficult,and I've only ordered through the subway app. But I can honestly say that they've been on point every time ! I appreciate that. I have made 10+ difficult orders . I have no complaints
