  What a sloppy, shabby, crummy excuse for delivery service in our local FedEx provider. Have complained several times over the past 6 to 9 months because they refuse to deliver packages to the door. Several times the delivery staff left big packages on the road, 300 feet from the house, where a driver could've had an accident or the package could've been stolen. The local provider doesn't seem phased by complaints and doesn't seem to care about customer concerns. Doubt the terrible service be missed.

  Burned twice by FedEx today! The Walgreens location apparently no longer does labeling and packaging forcing me to race over the Ragu Drive location to send in my taxes securely. There I learned that as they had done in the past, they would no longer translate PO Boxes to street addresses, sending me away yet again and forcing me to take my chances with US postal service. I'll do everything in my power to avoid using FedEx in the future.
