  I was being held captive by StraightTalk and was having a hard time getting switched over to Cricket. So I went into the store on Alvey Park Drive. Achilles, Danielle and Juan were working that day. They were all so helpful and got me switched over. I’m very happy to be part of the Cricket family and look forward to years of good service. I know their customer service is top-notch!
