  They have no customer service. If you call them from the phone that is using their service, they will still require a PIN to talk to a person. They will send you a temporary PIN but you will never actually get one sent to you. They will then hang up on you because you don't have that PIN. I have been a customer with them for over ten years. Rather then continue to waste my time trying to talk to customer service that just isn't there, I will spend my time looking for new phone service. Thanks to Cricket Wireless for showing just how little their customers actually mean to them.
