  Horrible subway. Refused to cut up the meat in the protein bowl. Said they legally cant. Subway cant legally cut up meat? Sounds like BS. How are you supposed to eat a protein bowl if the meat isnt cut. Additionally they had no iced tea at all and they are out of most sodas. I settled with Dr. Pepper just to find it was flat.

  I just had the worst experience of my life at this Subway and it was all due to poor training and customer service. The food quality was average, acceptable. The young man working the counter rung me up for my order before he made my sandwiches which I had never experienced before at any Subway; it was 6:30 am and I was the only customer there so I thought it was odd. But whatever; I told him I wanted the $3.99 BLT 6’ specials. Everything went normally until we got to the sauces and vegetables and he told me I was only allowed to have mayonnaise and lettuce and tomato on my sandwich and if I wanted any other vegetables I should have paid for the more expensive sandwich. He pointed to the sign that said add ons are extra. I think this person must be very poorly trained and misunderstood what that means because add ons are extra meat, double cheese, etc. The whole point of Subway is that you can customize whatever sauces and vegetables you want for no extra charge. If Subway has recently changed their policy they need to make the signage much more clear as to what “add ons” are. I don’t believe that is the case at all though because I have purchased the same sub specials at half a dozen other Subway within Pilot locations within the past couple of weeks and none of them limited the types of vegetables I could have. I used to work at a Subway myself for nearly 4 years and I would have never treated a customer the way that employee treated me. Despite being disappointed with my experience I still told the employee “please” “thank you” and wished him a nice day and he said absolutely nothing to me in response. I am a frequent Subway customer due to the necessity of my husband being a truck driver and us having limited food options and now I’m really soured on Subway. I will never visit this location again and I will be eating at Subway less overall. Please invest in retraining your employees on policy and appropriate customer service. Thank you.

  Ordered through door dash. After an hour and a half I tried calling multiple times with no answer. My driver got to the store and no one was there. Fast forward a little bit, someone shows up and when my driver went in to pick up the order, it had been sitting there for at least an hour. Will not be ordering here again.

  Looks like changing your gloves at the subways isn’t their priority anymore and when you ask them to do so you get all sort of looks and attitude 🤦‍♂️
