Took 16# of paper to have shredded, had 2 coupons for discounts. Clerk called the store owner and was told they don’t take coupons. What a disappointment!! I expected more from “Brown”

This location has consistently provided unfriendly and dismissive customer service, regardless of which employee is working.
On my recent visit, I asked a simple question: “Will my label scan?” Instead of attempting to scan it, I was immediately asked whether I had the label in my email. When I clarified that it hadn’t been scanned yet, I felt as though I was inconveniencing the staff.
I also asked whether someone could assist me in bringing a package from my car into the store due to a disability. I was told it “depends on who is working,” and was pointed toward a dolly without further assistance.
Customer service should not feel adversarial. I will be choosing a different UPS Store for future Amazon returns.
