  I love this UPS store the people are so nice and its so clean and welcoming there.my parents have been there twice to do purchase of box and have fragile pack and shipment done. I went the first tine tgere with them because their English is not very good so i try to go translate for them. We get to the store and,are automically greated. The lady Donna saw they were trying to reply in English and struggling to reply and she greated them in Spanish and talked To my mom and dad complimented them and made them feel so welcome and she was fluent enough to know my parents needs. Major plus there 😊She was busy and by herself working but still made time to greet each person and make them feel welcome. My parents talked about her for days. Then almost 2wekks later my mom goes in to the store and Donna and I think Nayveen were working. Once again Donna went above and beyond for my mom and made some copies for her and even laminated and cut a few of them for my mom to frame. The prices there are very fare but the customer service there is super amazing. We will only use this location and will always look for Donna. Hope to meet owner one day soon too. I wish them the best and most success. I kmow they will go far. I have told all my friends and family about them. They deserve the communities support and a good wrlcome to the neighborhood.

  The UPS Store Brannon Crossing always takes care of me. Jashelle was working when I dropped off a large shredding order. She was wonderful to work with and got me squared away quickly.

  Very friendly staff, very reasonable pricing! Another store same franchise wanted 3 times the amount for the same package! I walked out came here to find a very clean customer oriented store and staff! Thank you

  Love this store. The location is perfect for me as it is very close to my home. Extra bonus is their welcoming helpful staff and clean organized store. They helped me with a big printing job, got my passport photos done, and assisted me with a big complicated return. The owner and the 2 ladies working got me together. So helpful and kind. Welcome to the neighborhood. We are so happy to have u all here. Looking forward to doing more business with u in the very near future. Keep up the amazing work.
