    Please note that this 1 star rating is SOLELY due to the interactions I had with Tammy the store manager. No one else at the store is at fault. I am an auto technician at a local repair store, we ALWAYS Use the north end location because of these kind of issues. Today our customer had purchased their last pads from this location. I called to ask them if they could find out if his pads were still under warranty. I gave her the account name and at first she kept telling me that it didn’t exist and I said I know for a fact that someone is down there at least weekly because he happens to be my uncle. She replied well I’m here all the time too very snarky. (By the way I have all of this recorded) When she finally found him, she said when did he buy the pads… I told her I don’t know. Please just look at his history. She said there’s several things on there. I can’t tell what’s what…. Seriously!? So I asked to speak to Jamie who works there. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. So I called my parts professional at the North End store and asked him how they look at the history. He told me that they find out the vehicle they look up the part number and then they go under your account history and locate the part number very simple. I called Tammy back once again recording and said I don’t mean to tell you how to do your job, but this is how you’re supposed to do it. She then goes into asking questions about the vehicle which is a very common one an06 Silverado. I ordered brake pads every day for the shop where I work and I’ve never had the north end parts professional question the gross weight of an 06 Silverado once I finally answered all of her questions she then says when did he purchase them? I don’t need to know that answer because I’m not the one who purchased them I’m the technician at the repair shop that is trying to help your customer…. It’s your job to look at the history and match the part number… I recorded all of this and I’m absolutely livid!!! Once again, this is no fault of Jamie or anyone else who works there as I had no dealings with them. I’m sorry to have to put on one star on the store, but if she is the store manager behaving like that, then maybe some changes need to be made. If you read my reviews, I have over 80 of them 95% of five stars I hate giving bad reviews. I hate to do it, but sometimes it’s necessary to have people’s attention brought to certain situations.

    Always a gamble on what is in stock. Oil prices are way over Walmart. Not many other choices in most areas.
