  The woman who was working on Saturday May 30th, I believe her name was Rachel G according to the receipt, was an amazing person to deal with! I brought my mom in to switch over to cricket from her current provider, and she was helpful with that, but my mom’s phone was also in pretty rough shape-running slow and whatnot, she however didn’t have the funds to opt in for the phone plan that provided a free phone with switching. Rachel told her that she knew what the issue was and would gladly make sure to fix it for her before we left the store, in which she did. At one point, the internet ended up going out while she had about 5-6 customers in the store needing assistance, and she didn’t once lose her cool or come off in any negative manner at any point. She remained very professional through it all. I just wanted to get on here and give her a shout out because I feel she deserves the recognition!

  Donald agreed to stay late to help resolve our issue. He was apologetic & sympathetic regarding a recent death we experienced. 5 stars aren't enough for Donald!!

  Rachel helped me with my iPhone 11 and explained it where I could understand the features and how much it benefits me! I’ve had android forever and my work phone is an iPhone 11 and was very confusing trying to get used to! Thank you Rachel for all your help
