  The woman who was working on Saturday May 30th, I believe her name was Rachel G according to the receipt, was an amazing person to deal with! I brought my mom in to switch over to cricket from her current provider, and she was helpful with that, but my mom’s phone was also in pretty rough shape-running slow and whatnot, she however didn’t have the funds to opt in for the phone plan that provided a free phone with switching. Rachel told her that she knew what the issue was and would gladly make sure to fix it for her before we left the store, in which she did. At one point, the internet ended up going out while she had about 5-6 customers in the store needing assistance, and she didn’t once lose her cool or come off in any negative manner at any point. She remained very professional through it all. I just wanted to get on here and give her a shout out because I feel she deserves the recognition!

  Came in on (1/15) around 530 due to my phones sims card acting up. The guy working was so nice, helped me out any way he could and saved me from buying a new phone. He joked with us during the process. I love having cricket and everytime I've had to come here they have been amazing.

  Rachel is so awesome! She took her time and answered all my questions and made sure I had the exact phone I wanted! She is so friendly and always willing to help me whenever I have new questions. Newport location is the best!
