  The staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly. They are already at the counter waiting to assist me before I can even get from the door to the counter. They’re very clean, organized and confident and do a fantastic job on any print jobs that I need. They provide very convenient Amazon returns, including label printing, packaging if needed , shipment through **USPS with more accommodating hours and shorter wait times than the post office.

  I don't recommend getting a box here. The assistant manager, Charlie, has some pretty strange ideas of how to run a business and will cancel boxes at a whim. I'm sure that he'll respond to this about how it was cancelled due to lack of payment. I've paid for this box for years and would've continued to do so. I've had a box there for 3+ years. Randomly, my box was cancelled and packages were returned. Apparently, it's their standard practice to cancel boxes without contacting people and not mention that they're going to cancel boxes even when people walk in the door.

  Not really helpful as they imply, from my wait in line apparently the only thing they do on weekends is pack and ship. Couldn't or wouldn't print, scan or any other services. Seems like they might as well be closed on Saturday from the number of people they are turning away.
