  Frequently go there to drop off packages. All of the staff that I have encountered are friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend.

  I am a 60 year old disabled woman who went to return package to Amazon at UPS in Murray Ky… I had never had to pay 2.16 for UPS to return packages in past in Paducah KY in past and mentioned it to the nice guy who was waiting on me was trying to calmly explain to me that they do, the manager , Corey Underhill, whom happens to be the manager of Paducah, came from the back of the room and aggressively started telling me well who did that so I can fire them cause they’re supposed to charge in Paducha. I explained to him that I don’t know. I have a head injury and I wouldn’t be able to remember so then he asked what did you have a UC code again I explained to him I do not know. I have a head injury, but he would not stop and just kept going on. As a former manager, I know the appropriate way to handle. It would’ve been to calmly explain to me. I don’t know what has happened in the past, but our policy is we need to charge 216 for printing the label and putting it on the package and everything would’ve been fine instead as somebody who’s already confused in this world he made my anxiety go out me cry unfortunately I swear a little bit and then walked out. I’m sure that nobody would want their disabled mother or grandmother to be treated like this and this guy needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers inappropriate way

  I had ask the one blonde curly headed boy to help me 2xs. I thought I figured out how to print from my phone . No I still couldn't do it. So I said can't one of you help me ? Young black haired guy said yes pull it up and ill get it done.But don't be rude! I said I wasn't being rude, he said i was just making sure you wasn't!! I said dont be rude to me . Anyway I left bc they both just kept staring at me very rudely. They need to hire an adult that knows how to do their job, bc if they had known when I asked 2xs for help,we wouldn't be here right now! Pretty sure this is on the Murray ky site,but incase it isnt.
