  Needed a last minute room, the staff was courteous and helpful. Check in and check out were fast and simple. The room was quiet and clean. Will stay again for future visits.

  A huge storm came through Kentucky and the power went out in my house. I called to reserve a room for at least 1 night. Staff was friendly. Morning breakfast was great.

  Staff were friendly and efficient! Checking in and out was super easy! Bed was comfortable and the pool was a nice treat after moving daughter into her dorm!

  We were in town for the Governor Scholars Program closing ceremony. We typically stay at Hampton Inns, but when we saw the rate for Hampton was literally doubled for the night before the ceremony, we decided to give Best Western a try. I'm glad we did! Our room was very clean and you could tell it was recently updated with new furniture and fresh paint. It had a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The gentleman at the service desk was very personable and thoughtful. He assisted us Friday evening to ensure our daughter's roses remained fresh for Saturday's ceremony. He asked upon checkout if she liked the roses. Things like that make people feel like guests! The breakfast was great, especially the biscuits and gravy! There was a variety of hot and cold items to choose from. The breakfast room was large and had adequate tables and seating.Though the building itself is the old motel style structure, the updates, the service, and amenities made this stay even better than higher priced options!
