  It's very apparent that the employees don't want to be there, which makes it uncomfortable when you're giving them your order. I had tried to call because they don't have online ordering and I ended up ordering at the counter. While I stood there the cashier from Pilot came over and let the sandwich artist know people were trying to call. She just shrugged her shoulders.

  Tonight we were only grabbing some cookies for the grandkids! But when we do pick up a sandwich or salad the food is usually fresh and the service has been good.

  I had been so hungry and ready to order double meat but when I saw how much meat they put in the boat I became indignant. It looked like they put less meat in comparison to all other Subway locations. They said that they weigh every portion and it was 2.5 oz in each tray. In spite of that I checked in chatgpt and it says that there must be 3 oz in each boat for steak and chicken. I got dissappointed and went to another location. Fortunately at the other subway they had boats filled legit. They said they weigh 2.5oz portions too. But visually I could see more meat. My advice to Subway at the Pilot: meat is cheap do not lose customers, you will not succeed by cheating, but you can gain fortune if you attract more people by showing good service and quality food.

  Their sign Clearly states they open at 8 am.....after stand at the counter for several minutes, someone finally comes out at 8:45 and tells me they don't open till 9. How about updating the hours online and change the sign ?????
