Very long story short ... Buyer beware, if you need to add mobile hotspot temporarily, to a line, when the next billing cycle starts, Cricket will turn off your voice, text and data service on a PAID account if you do not renew the hotspot service. If you do not want to continue the hotspot service you have to contact Cricket to get them to cancel the service.
Instead of simply not continuing the hotspot service if you don't pay for it... Cricket turns off EVERYTHING.
$40 for a service we did not need or want.

Entertaining to see all the reviews of people who "just" purchased and had a great review of a first time interaction with Cricket. If I was gonna take advantage of you, I gotta earn your trust first. Cricket frequently makes apology and emphasizes different behavior. I wished we could track in "real time" the number of dissatisfied customers who were turned satisfied through Crickets extensive customer reclamation efforts. And the amazing answer given after each negative review on here sounds to good to be true. I was asked to reach out to them for a remedy but...they have my number and account information and through their mistake you would think little of my energy would be necessary to set things straight. I know that my experience bares no resemblance to all the helpful solutions offered by Cricket in their least favorable reviews below.

Been there 1 year on this newest phone and have had multiple phones. I always ask to pay my full bill in the office. On Tuesday, February 13th a tattooed lady took my payment 43.00 as customary. 4 days later on Saturday mid-afternoon I get a text saying if I do not pay 5.00 by midnight they will disconnect service. They did exactly that, canceled my service over 5.00. I asked for a refund of money on Monday. I was told no. so I paid nearly 50.00 for 4 days of service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Straight Talk wireless is better and they don't shut you down over invisible up charges pulled out of a hat on their end.

Dylan P was wonderful. He made our experience fun for our little girl. He gave her plenty of cases to choose from and even put the screen protector and case on for her!
