Very long story short ... Buyer beware, if you need to add mobile hotspot temporarily, to a line, when the next billing cycle starts, Cricket will turn off your voice, text and data service on a PAID account if you do not renew the hotspot service. If you do not want to continue the hotspot service you have to contact Cricket to get them to cancel the service. Instead of simply not continuing the hotspot service if you don't pay for it... Cricket turns off EVERYTHING. $40 for a service we did not need or want.
