  I switched from Verizon the price is better but the customer service is bad the 2 girls working were rude and didnt want to help me im switching back to verizon

  My mother and i both went to the cricket store in middlesboro ky..we are both older and not well versed on cell phones..angel.joe and zack helped us every step of the way and made us feel comfortable. We had to return the following monday to complete our issues. We even wound up saving money..5 stars to this store. They are the best !!!! aboveand us..we wond up saving money and our issu
